About the role
Support independent wireless dealers with day-to-day account management, activations, and troubleshooting. You will be the first point of contact for partner stores.
Responsibilities
Manage dealer inquiries via phone, email, and portal
Assist with activation workflows and issue resolution
Coordinate with logistics on orders and returns
Track and report recurring partner pain points
Support onboarding of new dealer accounts
Requirements
1+ years in customer support or account management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with CRM tools and ticketing systems

Responsibilities
Manage daily order processing and shipment coordination

Requirements
2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
Experience with inventory management software

Responsibilities
Develop training modules for new product launches
Create quick-reference guides and video content
Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions
Measure training effectiveness and dealer adoption
Collaborate with carrier and vendor partners on content
Requirements
3+ years in training, enablement, or L&D roles
Experience creating multimedia learning content
Wireless or retail industry knowledge preferred
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
