    Support independent wireless dealers with day-to-day account management, activations, and troubleshooting. You will be the first point of contact for partner stores.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage dealer inquiries via phone, email, and portal

    • Assist with activation workflows and issue resolution

    • Coordinate with logistics on orders and returns

    • Track and report recurring partner pain points

    • Support onboarding of new dealer accounts

    Requirements

    • 1+ years in customer support or account management

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    • Comfortable with CRM tools and ticketing systems

    • Detail-oriented and process-driven

  • About the role

    Coordinate device shipments, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely fulfillment for our dealer network. You will be a key link between warehouse operations and partner stores.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily order processing and shipment coordination

    • Track inventory across multiple warehouse locations

    • Handle RMA and return logistics

    • Optimize shipping routes and delivery timelines

    • Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations

    • Experience with inventory management software

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    • Knowledge of shipping carriers and fulfillment processes

    • Measure training effectiveness and dealer adoption

    • Collaborate with carrier and vendor partners on content

    Requirements

    • 3+ years in training, enablement, or L&D roles

    • Experience creating multimedia learning content

    • Wireless or retail industry knowledge preferred

    • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
